Management is headed by Victor D. Smith (senior partner) who as
a chartered accountant with a lifetime’s experience in most aspects
of finance, is responsible for corporate strategy as well as being
fully experienced as regards the economic cycle and how it impinges
on property valuations and rental income streams.
The property
sales team is headed by another partner, Jennifer A Smith (Jenni
to all clients) who as a qualified member of The National Association
of Estate Agents, sets a high standard of customer services for
all her team of negotiators to follow.
